Practice Schedule:

Our regular season practices will begin the week of November 9th. With the following weekly schedule: 

Monday	6:30-7:45pm	All ES + Select FC
Tuesday	6:30-8:00pm	MS + Select Upper ES
Wednesday	6:30-7:30pm	FC + Lower ES
Thursday	6:30-7:45pm	Upper ES
Friday	6:30-8:00pm	MS + Select Upper ES

FC = Future Champions

Lower ES = Lower Elementary School (2nd graders and under)

Upper ES = Upper Elementary School (3rd graders and up)

MS = Middle School

Select = specific kids chosen by the coaches to join the group 

 

Practice Attire:  All wrestlers must wear wrestling shoes, a t-shirt, shorts, and headgear.  Optional: Mouth guard.

 

Water Bottles:  All wrestlers must bring a water bottle to practice
