Click on the links below to download forms required for registration.  Print, complete, and submit the forms along with a copy of your wrestler’s birth certificate to Rich Carlson or Carol Barr.  You can do this at the parents meeting on November 10, 2008.  All forms must be revieved no later than November 24, 2008.
