Dan has been an active member of CYA for the past 6 years. Coaching both boys basketball and soccer, Dan has exemplified what it means to be a great coach. In addition to his involvement in CYA, Dan is an active member in the community and his church. Dan and his wife Norma were named 2009 Fairfax County Foster Parents of the Year.
Jim has been coaching youth soccer coach for 12 years. In 2008, Jim won coach of the year for the Loudoun County Youth Soccer program. Through his patience and great rapport with his soccer players, Jim has built lifelong relationships. In addition to soccer, and as a member of the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy, Jim volunteers his time to help preserve the natural environment.
Susan started the first CYA TOPSoccer program in 2008. She and her daughters have been active in the CYA Club & Travel Soccer program for over 10 years, as well as Chantilly High School Girls Soccer. Susan is a former Philanthropy Chairperson for and active member of the Old Dominion Cotillion, an educational and mentoring group for women and their daughters. Susan also volunteers at The Katheryn Hanely Family Shelter, and the Victims Assistance Program at her church.
