06/2008: The GU13 Chantilly Firecats won WAGS Division 1 this spring with an 8-1 record. They won four straight at the end of the season earning a championship match with the Region 1 (Virginia to Maine) champions and came out with a victory. This spring they also won the Virginian Tournament, the Arlington Tournament and recently finished as finalists in the Virginia State Championships.

05/2008: The GU17 Blitz won the Virginian Tournament over Memorial Day. The ladies defeated the Spirit United Surge 2-1 in the semi-finals and the Victory Express 6-1 in the finals. The Blitz recently finished first this spring season in WAGS U19 Division 2.

05/2008: CYA Chaos U11 Girls Winners: Williamsburg Sixes, April 2008; Arlington Spring Invitational Classic Division Winners, March 2008. The Chaos is always looking to add impact players and will be holding tryouts this Spring. |

03/2008: Real Chantilly 98 White won three games and was the finalist in the Black division at the Ice Breaker in March.
Real Chantilly 98 White went undefeated and won the Blue division championship at the Fall Classic in November.

02/2008 The CYA Girls U-12 BLAST won the Red Division of the indoor soccer league run at Dulles SportPlex this winter session 2. The girls had a 6-1 record and scored 43 goals during the season while only giving up 21 goals. |

03/2008: The Chantilly Premier ’91 (the new GU16 team) won the U16 division of the PWSI Tournament this weekend with a dramatic win over Oakwood (Hartford CT) in the Championship game after being tied 1-1 through regulation and two 5 minute OT periods. The teams went through the first 5 PK’s tied and it was finally decided after going through the entire team and to the second person to go twice. |

03/2008: The GU13 Chantilly Firecats competed in the Arlington Invitational Tournament and won the top U13 division. The firecats faced a determined team from Rochester, NY and local rivals Ashburn, McLean and Herndon. The championship match was against the Herndon Elite and the Firecats prevailed 2-1. |

The U12G CYA Comets were division champions of the 2007 Hunt Country Classic and the 2007 Hershey Kicks 4 Kids Invitational. The Comets were runners-up in the 2008 SNF Indoor Soccer League, finishing with a 5-1-2 record, 60 goals scored, 22 allowed and two shutouts. |

6/2007: The GU12 CYA Firecats play in WAGS Division 1 and were State Cup semi-finalists and are listed on the GotSoccer ranking service as one of the top 10 teams in Region 1 (Virginia to Maine). They wrapped the season up with a finalist placement in a New Jersey tournament with tough overtime loss to Pittsburgh….then a championship in the elite division of the McDonald’s Soccerfest 4x4 in Columbia, Maryland. |

06/2007: Congratulations to the CYA Wildcats who won their division in the Spring 2007 Hershey Invitational after four hard fought games against teams from Loudon, Readington,Warrington and Hanover.

05/2007: The CYA Phoenix, a premier WAGS girls U12 travel soccer team, won the Virginian Invitation Soccer Tournament. The Phoenix played a total of 5 games in 3 days. The Chantilly team beat FPYC Roadrunners 5-1; Beach FC Piranhas 2-1; Staten Island United Metros 2-1; VISTA BC United 1-0; and Annandale Earthquakes 1-0 in a hard fought finals championship game. |

03/2007: The CYA United won the Boys U10 division of the Freestate Spring Breakout Capitol tournament held in Bowie, MD. The team played an initial series of three games against teams from MD and DE, ending with 1 tie and 2 wins. A special mention should be made of game three which went all the way through a 5 on 5 PK shootout, followed by sudden-death PKs! The championship game felt like a breeze after that, with a final win of 2-0 to clinch the Champions trophy. The CYA United have also been Boys U9 Champions of the Hunt Country Classic Tournament (Fall 2005) and were Boys U10 Finalists at the Hershey Tournament (Spring 2006). |
