Practices have started and take place Tuesdays and Thursdays night from 6:00 to 8:00
We are practicing at:
Rocky Run Middle School
Equipment
You just need cleets, tee shirts, shorts and a mouthpiece if playing tackle.
Also, bring plenty of WATER!!!!!
