(http://wordofgracecc.org/ ). This outstanding rectangular field facility with lights, located at 13832 Redskin Drive in Herndon, was once the practice facility for the
Washington Redskins. Fields are now available on a sub-lease basis to area athletic groups.
The CYA/WOG facility consists of TWO, state-of-the-art, artificial surface, multi-use rectangular fields suitable for use by soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, rugby, and football teams of all ages. With this sizable investment by CYA, the CYA/WOG facility is one of the premier rectangular field facilities in the area!
CYA is always seeking partner organizations in need of premium-quality, all-weather rectangular fields that are available year-round. Both fields are marked and suitable for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and football use. The fields are available to be leased from 8 am - 12 am Monday through Saturday and 1 pm - 12 am on Sundays. The rate for 2008 is $120 per hour; $135 per hour if used with lights. Additionally, we offer a school day rate - before 5pm - of $65 per hour.
