Meeting called to order by Ed Miller at 7:18 p.m.

Board Members Present:  Ed Miller, Rick Shryock, Art Simcox, Bill Minto

CYA Members present included Blaine Hegner, Cindy Van Horn, Judy Galloway, Karen Shores, and Mike Davani

1.      Opening Remarks – Ed Miller

·        This special meeting of the membership was called on June 21st by the CYA President in order to vote on the proposed by-law change endorsed by the CYA Board

·        Notification of this meeting was placed on the CYA website beginning on June 21^st

2.       New Business

·        It was moved, seconded, and approved unanimously by those in attendance and their combined proxy votes to modify the CYA By-Laws, striking the sentence in Article IV, Section 2 (4.02) that states “The President shall not simultaneously manage or coach a competitive team in Chantilly Youth Association”
