Rather than say "WE NEED YOUR HELP", now we can say "Let’s Help Each Other!"

A sound fundraising plan has always been a staple of all non-profit organizations from youth clubs to local school PTA’s.  The simple fact is in order to provide for the membership in a way that is consistent with the high expectations we all share, we need vastly greater revenue than what we can generate with a membership fee only program.  Of course, once we establish the need for a fundraising program, we then have to identify the individual or group within the organization who is committed to the fundraising effort.  That has always been the challenge here at CYA until now!  Mark Abbott, the CYA Executive Director, will be the Point of Contact for all "Organizationally Based"  fundraising programs in 2012.  Please don’t hesitate to contact Mark (chantillyyouth@aol.com) with any question you have or to get involved in the plan.
